Return Policy

We welcome returns for any new, un-used and un-opened items within 60 days from the date of purchase. All items must be clean and re-sellable.

A receipt is required. If you do not have your receipt, please e-mail us at boxconnection@gmail.com and we will e-mail you a copy.

WE OFFER 2 WAYS FOR YOU TO RETURN ITEMS –

1) CALL BOX CONNECTION – We will come to your home, within our delivery area, and pickup your unused boxes. IS THAT GREAT OR WHAT! Please give us 48 hours advance notice. You don’t need to be home – simply leave your boxes on the front porch and we’ll swing by and pick them up. We’ll leave you a list of the items we picked up. You will receive 100% of your purchase price! There is a $15.00 charge for this service, and we simply subtract the $15.00 from your refund amount. If you have any used boxes that you purchased from us, we’ll pick those up as well and get them recycled. There is no charge for this additional service, and no credit is given for used boxes.

2) RETURN YOUR BOXES TO EITHER OF OUR RETURN CENTERS

The Return Centers will accept your items and provide you with a receipt, but they do not process the refund. They will e-mail the information to our offices, and the refund will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an e-mail copy of the refund receipt.

The major crossroads are the 78 & El Camino Real. Go north on El Camino Real to Vista Way. Head east on Vista Way approx. 1 ½ miles to Buena Hills, and make a left. Go two
blocks to Seaflower Lane and make a right. It is a private home located at the end of the cul-de-sac.

The major crossroads are the 91 Fwy. and Imperial Highway.

From the 91 Fwy, get off at Imperial and go north. The very first intersection is La Palma, and it is no more the 1/2 mile from the freeway. Make a left on La Palma, and the Return Center will be 1 block down on the left, just past In-N-Out burger.
