Q- Where are you located? Why don't you have any retail locations???

A - We did a business analysis and learned that over 85% of our customers had their boxes delivered to them. They told us they appreciated the convenience of our delivery service, and our great low prices. So we closed all of our stores, and now operate thru this web site. By keeping our overhead low, we are able to keep our prices low. This change has been very well received by our customers.

Q- I can't wait for delivery! I need my boxes now!!

A- We understand. Call us before 9:00 am and we'll try to get your order to you on the SAME DAY. Boxes can also be purchased at any U-Haul truck rental, and boxes are also sold at most mini-storage locations. The prices will be higher, but you can get them immediately.

Q - Why can't you promise me an exact delivery time?

A - Our promise to you is that we'll deliver to your home or office between 7:00am and 5 pm on your delivery day! We have tried specifying specific times in the past, but it always got us in trouble. The unexpected realities of freeway construction, auto accidents, and other things made it impossible. BUT - you don't have to wait home all day for your boxes. With your permission we will leave the boxes on your front porch (or anywhere you specify) when we deliver. No signature is required.
